NEW - Popup for unread message on UR

Hi Editors,
Lately we opened a new popup for ROW and NA in the client that will be shown in case a user reported a map problem
> an Editor responded to him
> he never clicked on the push that he received.
The
View Message button will redirect the user in the inbox, where he can see the Editor answer and continue the conversation, provide more info, and speed up the UR resolution.
We really hope to see a rise in the number of responses, and improve the discoverability of the Inbox.
The popup will be received only once per non-read message.

Yeah we are aware and investigating the issue, In order to help us investigate and found the root cause can you please:
1. Get the Comment on UR push, but don't click on it
2. Open the app
3. If the encouragement isn't displayed, send logs
4. Share with us username and timestamp

Not working for IL from my test.
Pushed it to this UR. User on the Iphone side has not received the pop up

I would prefer it not be able to be turned off.
Part of the problem with notifications of new messges now is that the notifications are turned off and never seen.

I just went and checked it on my phone. Just sent logs in at 12:16 Eastern Standard Time. Was not working at all
