Just found odd behavior for Map Comment sidebar

This PERMALINK is for a Map Comment. To the left the comments are not sorted in chronological order. They had been when I first looked at it - subsequently, I added my own and created an expiration date. There were save errors but eventually, it was accepted. A reply a few hours later brought me back and I had trouble figuring out why I didn't see my comment at the bottom.
