I'm an R4. I haven't tried closures but the RPPs that I've added are "pending approval" by a higher ranking editor. Hopefully they won't disappear at some point. I have been doing lots of road editing with no problems at all, so for now I'm just staying away from place editing.

So is this why I , starting today, receive a saving error when trying to save an event?

Here are more details on how we're planning to keep our users, the map data and data contents safe:

* Place updates will go through moderation. L5 & 6 would be able to approve the updates.
* Map Edits are available for all L3+
* RTC areas won't work, but L4+ can implement closures where needed.

These measures are temporary and we'll try to restore permissions in the coming days.

I had to log out and log back into WME to get a closure to save.

You may have to log out and log back in for things to work again for you.

Can you tell us what “higher ranks” consist of? Will be it R6+ only? R5+?
