February Newsletter - issues updates

Hello Everyone, 

We have been facing a few unexpected issues with the newsletters and it is important for us to update you on the status of the issue and what we are working on to fix it and avoid future problems.

It has been a few months that we are investigating why some community members are not receiving the newsletter. This issue is still under investigation and we are working very closely with the relevant teams involved. The issue is caused by some infrastructure issues and it could take some time to find a permanent fix. 

If you didn't receive the newsletter please make sure you have the "Editor community" category turned on in your settings.

Settings - Notification - email - Editor community turned on (as you can see in the picture)

With regards to the latest February Newsletter, we'd like to apologize for the issue experienced with the deleted translation.
It was a human mistake and we did not mean to disrespect or to delete the translations you worked hard to complete on time.

We communicated with the relevant teams about this and agreed that this should not happen again in the future.

Special thanks to the everyone who worked hard and fast to get the newsletter translated in just a few days and on time.

Thanks for understanding and hope we will have a solution for that soon.
We will keep updating you in case there are any news or developments.
