I''m only guessing but the four options are probably the top four globally. E10 seems to be mandated in a lot of countries and would possibly be a confusing option.

E10 is evil, has a lower energy content and you use more than unleaded 91 to go the same distance, and the price difference doesn't compensate in my experience

I honestly did not know what the stuff was until now, Mine takes 95 minimum so I am glad I haven't put any in!
