Road Shields and improved Turn Guidance
Some of you may have noticed a new function in the editor showing the Road Number in graphical format, or a new "Add road shield" link. More importantly, they've also added the ability to override the Turn Guidance at junctions.

Important to note that this feature is currently locked to L4, for both adding Shields to roads, and modifying Turn Guidance.
You will find there are some non-primary route network roads (non-PRN/Black on White) have the shield for Primary Route Network roads (PRN/Yellow on Green), and vise-versa. This is due to limitations on how the Shield feature works. It's based on Street name ID, rather than the individual road segments. Therefore it's important not to be arbitrarily change the shields, as you could end up changing the shield on roads miles away. Until Waze gives us another way to assign road shields, this issue will continue to show on some A roads.
The majority of A Roads have already been set automatically with their relevant shield, so most will not need to be changed.
Waze has also automatically added Shields to some Turns. Turn Guidance will only be required for main roads, where there is clear signage at junctions.
