Hello,
Could lane guidance be added to the junction please as per the UR?

Haven't spotted the UR, but I've added lane guidance coming from the west, where it matters which side of a traffic island you pass.
Is that what you wanted?

Have you seen the
Quickstart guide?
Map editing experience can be useful, but local knowledge is priceless. Waze works best with lots of editors who really know their own patch, so please don’t hesitate to join in.
