L4 - Road Closure/Removal - Manchester Topic is solved

Hi,
As per the UR, GSV (on Water Street) and aerials, Quay Street is now permanently closed due to construction works, which mean a new building is located where the road once was.
Can this road please be closed/removed to prevent further issues?

I've mapped a closure for the time being, are you able to find any development plans to show the final layout, StreetView shows the junctions are still in use, for access, so I'm reluctant to remove the segment immediately.

Hey,
I’ve found the following plan on the developers website, looks like Quay Street may become North Street at some point in time and quite a few new roads will be added. According to the developer, construction will complete in 2025.
