Post by PJ_Aitken
Please make these 3 cameras into an average speed zone.

Thanks.

It looks like there are three cameras, but all pointing W->E. So do you only want the segments to be ASZ in the same direction? It can't be an ASZ without cameras to measure the speed  ;)

I was a bit puzzled about that too, but:

1. safetycameras.gov.scot reports "Parkhouse Road, Nitshill, Glasgow / ASC" (NB: "ASC" rather than "fixed" or "mobile").

2. @Neilstonspark reports there are three cameras: "Camera 1 is at Whitriggs Road end and camera 3 is at Nitshill Road end", and sent this picture.

Thanks.

Yes, that is puzzling. But the same gov.scot page also lists a NB-only ASZ on Nitshill Road, so they will do one-direction only. Since that page doesn't say EB/WB for Parkhouse Road, I think I'll assume the more cameras are to come, so I've set the flag in both directions.

I can confirm that I drove home that way today and it now comes up as Average Speed Check Zone. Many thanks for helping to set this up for me :D
