Was there today. Building or site is for sale.

One more - important step!

Please remove any instance of this address from your history and favorites by tapping the '3 dots' and then 'Remove'. If you don't remove the old results from your navigation or favorites, you will continue to be routed to the old coordinates.

I've started the process of marking the location closed.
Unfortunately, Google results show up in Waze search. We'll change the name to included "closed" for now until Google Maps has the location marked closed. At that point we can fully remove it from the Waze map.
(By the way, the more people whom report it closed via Google Maps the more likely they are to make the change on their end. Waze editors have no special privilege there.)

FYI - you can flag places closed via your app via their details screen.

I got the email from Google Maps already saying they marked it as closed. 
Looks like that hasn't filtered to Waze yet. (I'm not sure how often the links update.)
We can check every so often.

Meantime, I think this thread can be marked complete by the original poster.
