• All local COVID guidelines will be in effect according to local regulations. More information regarding this subject will be provided closer to the event. For now, you can check out our COVID section on the information website.
• Those who would like to participate must submit the form by June 12.
• Note that Local Meetups can hold a maximum of 30 in-person attendees and many more virtually.
• Travel & Reimbursements - Participants who are not flying and have paid for their own transportation to the Meetup will be eligible to receive travel reimbursement. Those who request a flight will be contacted by our travel agent and should not book flights on their own.
