I have unlocked the alley segment.

What address changes are needed?

To add a place in Waze, stand at the entrance and tap the orange report button then Place. Add a picture and details. Since you want to update an address instead of a place, make sure to mark it as residential. After you submit it, editors will review and approve the Place.
