[L4] Road connections to Hatfield Rd and Conrad Rd, Witham, Essex

Hi,

Would it be possible for an L4 editor to connect New Ivy Chimneys and Belsham Villas to Hatfield Rd and Russet Ave to Conrad Rd in Witham, Essex, please?
