New Localization Bugs Flow
Hello everyone!
In the past we were constantly talking about how important it is to improve our Localization Bugs process and I am super happy to share that it is finally here.
As part of the new process you will continue using this form to submit the bugs.
The main sheet with the open bugs will continue available for coordinators.
We’re also clearing out old bugs as we can!
The big difference now is that we have a dedicated team of 4 people that will be taking care of the bugs.
They have up to 3 business days to start taking care of the bug submitted by you. Often, as you know, we need the help of different internal teams so in some cases we can't promise a set time for the bug to be fixed.
Any questions or any communication between the internal Localization team and you will be done through the staff questions subforum and the team will be tagging the relevant username. (Please use this forum to only answer to staff questions)
Once the bug has been checked, our team will update the status in the Fixed/Won’t Fix subforum.
What can you expect from this new flow?
Better and faster communication, faster answers about bugs provided, and a more detailed context.
Nicole, on behalf of the Localization Community
