Thank you the speed limit has changed to 40mph for around 400m out of Whitwell

Unfortunately, due to the ongoing block on level 1 editors making any edits (see viewtopic.php?t=359342 for details), unlocking this segment won't allow you to make the required changes.

To help get this change into the map data ASAP, please can you provide more details about the new speed limit here so we can make the changes for you.

Once the block on level 1 editors is lifted, then yes, you'll be able to do those things subject to the normal level and area based limitations - i.e. you'd still need to request unlocks for anything currently set to level 2 or above, and you'd still only be able to edit within areas that you've recently driven around (i.e. any part of the map highlighted when you turn on the "Editable areas" layer in the editor).

As it sounds like you're keen to help us keep the map in order, I'd recommend you take the time to read through at least the "Getting started" section of the UK Wazeopedia - https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/United ... /Main_page - so that by the time level 1 editing is unblocked again you'll be able to hit the ground running
