Seeing that @Pealringer was involved in setting up some of them I didn't look further, believing that the creation level put them 'Out of my League'.
I now know better!.

I believe a level 4 such as yourself can do anything with cameras.

Subject to the lock level of the camera, which by default takes the level of the editor who creates it. We try to remember to set the lock explicitly, usually to level 4,

I've found one that was overlocked at 5, and have down-locked it. I think you should now be able to amend/delete/move them yourself, please post again if not.
