2FA missing from my account

Hello, 

I received an email advising I should enable 2FA however I'm unable to locate the setting on my account. 

I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 ULTRA on Verizon. 

Any direction or advice is appreciated. 
I can always wait for the system to auto enable on 5.30.2024 if that will still occur even though I don't appear to have it available yet
