Requested info re map error in Escondido near Grand and Fig-- coupled with website issues
I received a follow-up email (see below) regarding a map issue that I had reported. It says I can reply using the Waze app or using the URL provided. However, I can neither figure out where to go in the app to respond nor have I been successful in using the URL. I end up in an endless loop on waze.com: (1) click "Get Started" on the "Welcome to the Waze Map Editor" modal, then (2) enter username and password on "Connect your Waze account" modal and click "Sign In,", then (3) go to step 1. Repeat ad nauseum. If instead I click "Try Practice Mode" on the the "Welcome to the Waze Map Editor" modal then I get the "One more thing" modal which prompts me to agree to the terms and click OK. Clicking OK does nothing. The modal does not go away. I cannot interact with the website. It seems to recognize that I've logged in since "Sign out" is an option on the "One more thing" modal, but reloading the URL from the email just gets me back into the loop where I end up in the sign-in loop described previously.
In addition to the problems with the website, there's just the issue of getting the volunteer the requested information. Since I cannot seem to respond as indicated in the email, my response to turbomkt is as follows: I had searched by business name, which was LabCorp. I approached the business heading east on Grand. Waze had me pass the driveway for the bulding then turn right onto Fig and then right into the alley that parallels Grand. The next instruction was to turn right into LabCorp's parking lot but there are arrows and signs stating not to enter that way... it's a one-way exit from the parking lot into the alley. So I continued west in the alley, turned right onto Grape, turned right onto Grand, and then turned right into the parking lot. When I was done with my appointment, I exited the parking lot into the alley, correctly following the one-way signage in a southbound direction.

You received a comment on the map issue you reported, from 08.09.2024 on S Grape St, Escondido - “Cannot turn right from alleyway into parking lot. Is one way from Street through parking lot into alleyway. This applies to 631 and 629 addresses.”. An editor from the Waze mapping community wants to solve the problem, but needs some more information.

Volunteer responding - Thanks for the report. Did you search by address and get routing to the alley? Or by a business name?
You can reply using the Waze mobile app, or https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=5&lat=33.124372&lon=-117.074322&mapUpdateRequest=11724766&env=usa in the Waze map editor.
