The Waze widget is a 1x4 tile that would show the time to work when at home, or time to home when at work. It only works for the 2 locations.
You can start the navigation to the other 'end' by just tapping on the 'Drive' button, which will automatically open Waze with Home or Work as the destination.
Tapping on the meter icon on the left will open the Commute-O-Meter, indicating the time to home or work of you left now or in x minutes from now.
