Here's the Google Blog write-up from Brian: http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2013/06/ ... rting.html

I'm glad the community will be sticking together as-is for the time-being. I'm really interested in finding out what "working with Google maps team" as it relates to Waze really means.

A hearty congratulations to the Waze leadership for getting your baby Wazer to this point. Your investors must be pretty pleased.

Already possible and being done with livemap. Sorta.

Nope. I just added this segment and it shows (on click) on the Livemap instantly.

Then the new livemap was applied to both servers? Since the beta thread always said it was only for US/Canada I hadn't even bothered to check on ROTW.
The "new" livemap applies to the visual elements and timely updating of the visual representation of the map. That you can click on a segment added seconds ago seems to apply to both servers.

"Enhanced navigation including live traffic updates and incident reports"
Yep. I looked for them, but didn't see any. Didn't see how to report them from GMaps either.

No. Previously covered in this thread.
