Map Problems layer not updating

I have found that my edits from three days ago still haven't updated on the Live map and on the phone. It's a bit frustrating because I can't test proper routing of my edits, and I've been doing a lot.

When you fix scan issues, you can use the "refresh" link on the problems layer button to force a rescan.

Only merger problem don't go away after fixing.

I've always used refresh to clear the problems, so my educated guess is that the live updating is only refreshed on route analysis, so if that is behind (or there are no routes through that area) it won't update on it's own.
