Roundabout "Issue"

Chaps / chapesses.

Following a couple of UR's from the same person, I've entered in to a conversation with someone reporting a roundabout that isn't being identified as a roundabout.

Should this be classified as a roundabout? I seem to think it should.

It should be a roundabout but it was built by segments instead which will not have a roundabout properties. Simply rebuild it. If it is a roundabout, you will see a double grey lines on all roundabout segments.

I would certainly say that was a roundabout, will need a downlock though to be fixed.
