Street Missing in Waze, Google but available in Bing

Not sure if this should go here or in the address forum:

Looking into booking a cabin and was given this address:

2651 Dogwood Ridge Way, Sevierville, TN 37862

This is not available in google maps or in Waze, but is in Bing. Any ideas?

I'm the AM in Sevierville. I'll check it for you.
I added the rough address. Not sure if it's in the exact location but you will be within a few yards or so. If it's not in the exact place, drop me a UR and I'll correct it

It's probably a recently created road that hasn't been added to a lot of maps yet. When I was recently in that area, my destination was on a road that hadn't been created yet, so I paved it and added it to Waze once I got back. If you have editing permissions in that area, why not go ahead and add it? If you don't, you can post over in the Tennessee forum to have someone help out with mapping it
