We had been to this restaurant a number of times before the coronavirus and had always enjoyed the food and ambiance of the place. This time, we went, with the expectation of having a similar experience, but we were deeply disappointed. Our order was taken (two single breakfasts) by the waitress and I ordered a glass of fresh orange juice which came very quickly and indeed was freshly squeezed. This is where any semblance of good service ended!! Our drinks were not brought to us by our waitress but by someone elsse. When our eggs were brought to the table, one set of tappas was missing; we were told that it would be brought out momentarily. After 5-6 minutes, I approached the hostess and asked to see a manager. My request was ignored. A few minutes later, I approached her later and slightly raised my voice; at this stage she scuttered off to some woman who was working there, who plain and simply ignored our request and she continued working. A few minutes later the manage came out. He apoligised and said he was short of workers and that he himself had been washing the dishes. I found this odd as we counted eleven people wallking around, including waiters and busboys. The food here is tasty but the service terrible! A real disappointment and what a pity!!
