DISHONEST: DOES NOT HONOR AGREEMENTS!
I signed up for a free 3 day pass on your website. I received a confirmation email and number. When I went to the club and showed my confirmation to the guy at the desk he told me that he could not honor it with some vague stuff about corporate policy.
Is it the corporate policy to offer a 3 day pass, confirm it, then deny it when the customer shows up? That is very bad policy and probably fraudulent. Is it the policy of this club in particular to deny 3 day passes even though the sign up requires you to name a club, which I did and the pass was approved. That would mean this club is making the corporate brand look very bad.
So now I have the impression that your company is not honest - either at the top level or maybe just the Falls Church location.
I tried corresponding with Jane Kryuchkova, the GM of the Falls Church Club. When I spelled out mu problem in an email, she responded 2 days later with nothing helpful, just a request to call her. Which I did twice. She was never available and never returned my calls.
