I gotta tell you that in this world good customer service in any business is a must. Even if they are telling you something you don't want to hear. Good customer service does not mean the customer is always right, especially in today's world. But not even giving any customer service is unacceptable. At least a return phone call would be nice. There are many very nice folks when you are in the stores but when you have an issue the higher ups seem to disappear. I would love to give a better review but I have been an owner of a retail operation for 57 years and just cannot give better when customer service by the higher ups in gone. SORRY!!
