This store looks like a barren wasteland. Half of the aisles are nearly empty. You may think it's a supply chain issue, but it turns out they just keep most of the stock in the back.
Went in for a specific SD card that the website said was in stock. The end cap with the cards only had a few cards left on it. I went and asked someone and they said yeah it's probably just in the back. It was in the back so they get three stars for actually having the item and having helpful associates (though why associates aren't stocking too is beyond me).
If you keep most of your stock in the back and don't have any on the floor, how do you expect customers to buy that stock unless they happened to know exactly what they were looking for.
I suppose it could be a good thing. Most retailers love making extra money by customers seeing something they hadn't thought about and buying it too. With Best Buys new model no one has to worry about spending more than they were planning.
