I picked up my vehicle from the Bentley/Maserati Dealership in the area and since there was a lot of traffic going back home, we took the referral of service manager to dine at this establishment. We walked in at approximately 5:15pm Friday 9/17/21.
The Restaurant was pretty empty. We approached the male Host at the front desk. I said, party of two. He replied, do you have reservations. I replied “No do we need one”? He said “yes”. We left and while sitting in the car my wife said, he didn’t ever offer to us the option to sit at the bar we’re you clearly can view people eating and drinking. We could have been in and out in an hour either seated in the dining room or seated at the bar. When I arrived home I mentioned this to other business friends who have been there and told them I would never would go back to a Restaurant establishment that could really care less a people. People are the backbone of every Restaurant. I will let the dealership know we would rather sit in traffic than dine at the Coach Grille, next time our vehicle is in for service period!!
