The hotel advertised free breakfast which is exactly why I chose it and I frequent many Hampton Inn locations. When checking in late at night, we were informed that they had not breakfast. In addition, they didn't give us the welcome gift even though we are diamond HHonors members.
Every other Hampton we have been to since April has either offered breakfast in a safe way or they offered a reasonable alternative. The Kingman Hampton flat out refused to provide a breakfast or alternative. In addition, they refused to compensate with points because they didn't deliver on their advertised product.
Most Hamptons do a good job at customer service. This one just flat out did not care. Like all the other reviews below.
They will probably respond to this review with a canned message, but they just don't care.
