It's fairly new so they are shaking out a few bugs. Like putting fresh batteries in my safe.
First reservationist told me I need to bring all kinds of papers for my service dog. I tried to educate him that they were not required. In fact the reason I chose to go there was because a previous reviewer said they were great about their service dog.
Front desk never asked anything about him. (So nice.) Great stay.
