Placed an order online for deli pick up. When I arrived I was told the deli is closed Monday and Friday due to staffing. The lady said I was should have received an email saying the order didn't go through but I never did. I'm very understanding of low staffing but I didn't appreciate the fact that my time wasn't taken into account, no offering to maybe call another Kroger to see if they could get the order done there or no other alternatives. Just "we're closed" and kind of went along with their business.
