Not up to Marriott standards. At check-in, the gentleman greeted me, but finished watching something on his phone before checking me in. No mention of my status, no mention of amenities. I had to ask multiple times about breakfast before he finally provided a voucher (included with my status). I paid for parking, and was advised to use my room key to tap in/out of the garage...the parking was FREE, there was no place to tap in/out of. Two other parties I encountered walking from the garage to the hotel also complained of the same. We weren't advised the door connecting the garage to the hotel was out of order. When my husband informed the front desk, the response was "Yes, thank you." The shampoo and conditioner provided were used (you know when you're at the end of the bottle and add water? Well, all I had was water.) The good...I saw several reviews that said the hotel was dated, but I found my room very nice (11th floor). Breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. There was only one server working the floor and it was crowded, but he was absolutely amazing and stayed on top of clearing plates and topping off water. The location is phenomenal and within walking distance to many businesses, restaurants, a movie theater, and a brewery.
