Not satisfied with service given! After waiting in queue via drive thru lane, I knew order (written note) was collected by staff. But upon arriving at the payment counter, definitely I need to know what I'm paying for and it's amount. A Chinese staff (not wearing hair net) whom didn't even greet, didn't even mention the items and amount that I need to pay for. Come on la, even newbies are trained to greet customers, don't tell me you're not in same place too. When I mentioned 2 items from my order, she stopped me halfway and said "I know".... (I'M STUNNED A MOMENT TO HEAR THAT) Is that how you treat your customer? If this continues, definitely you don't deserve to get even this 1 star rate!
