At the store to purchase a new drop 3 bat for my son. We looked at bats for 10 minutes while 5 employees sat at the service desk, no offer to help. My son went to ask a question and one of them just pointed an area and said "over there." He later asked a question about the clearance items and they simply said "everything is out."
There a total of 3 customers in the store and 5-7 employees with little to no help.
Even during check out after spending $410, wasn't told thank you, it you need anything, please contact, nothing.
Fortunately, we have been in baseball long enough to know what he needed.
High end store with high end equipment, but low end/poor customer service.
