Really disappointed. Communication of the COVID rules and restrictions was presented poorly and aggressively. Moreover, they overreacted to my questions (can you please tell my loved ones I cannot enter, can I enter as I’m fully vaccinated, etc) - this resulted in being deemed a “threat” and I was approached by a second security guard and questioned about sitting on a bench outside the ER door. They have a lot of work to do in the “customer relations” department. They might also want to work with their security department to development a better way of communicating.
