I was told I would be there all day because they had to put dye in my car to see what the problem is. With my air conditioner it was not getting cold. I have an extended warranty but they explained that I would have to pay $240 to check the problem. If it was not a leak My warranty would not be covered. I live a hour away so my daughter came to pick me up. I went to the front desk to ask them to call me when my car was ready. Suddenly my car was ready to go within 1 hour. I was told it would take hours for the dye to go through my air system . They said it was low on refrigerator. 1/3 . I feel cheated. I don’t think they put the dye in .my car. & they washed my car. Every time I go in for service I pay $400 to $ 500 & they never wash my car. This makes me think that they are trying to cover up their wrong during. My last service about 3 months I did not do a review because I was very unhappy with the service. Now I have to find another Jeep dealer and pay $ 100 out of pocket when I use my extended warranty I have been a customer for 4 years. I am now a unhappy customer.
