Love this place. Such a good bargain deal if you have little kiddos. Lots of monkeys, and a few other types of animals. The train ride I pricey so if you don't want to spend the extra $6 per person for a train ride or $3 per person for the carousel then go on a Weds or Thursday when the rides are closed. Or later in the afternoon when they stop running them. The playground with two separate structures - one for big kids and one for Littles are open again and are set right in front of the picnic tables/eating area. We like to get there right when it opens and are done usually within 2 hours. Something to know - not all of the animals are always out. I'm not sure why, but there are days where we get to see monkeys and sloths and camels and then there are other days that we only see a handful of monkey cages with a couple of monkeys and the other animals are no where to be seen. Consider the family pass. Go once a month or even once a quarter and it would still be worth it. Free parking always!
