45 minutes wondering in the store to get help. 4 of the employees had no knowledge of the location of the specific clear item that I needed. 2 pages were not responded. When I complained to the front desk there was no apology. So finally A very unfriendly staff from the front desk helped. She found the item but was not nice about it. I saw three other customers going through the same.
Today I found out home depot employees not only have no knowledge outside of their own section they don’t even try. They got frustrated and angry when I asked for help. I had a very bad experience there today and I didn’t even try asking for help to load my item.
When they have a staff just sitting there to tell people they have AC in the store, the manager should see the need for staff in the isles and use that person. Management and training in this Hilliard store was disappointing.
