This review is hard, Ground floor laboratory where tests and injections done is really really good professional, prompt highly recommended even if expensive Foreigners, expats beware. A modern clinic like this doesn't mean any staff speak English. I got by on phone translator. Radiology Department though. Don't go. They are disorganized, arrogant, discourteous and lie, without supervision or motivation. I was left 1.5 hours w full bladder (which turned out I didn't didnt need to do. I was given blatant lie excuse of emergency which would explain only part of delay, no real explanation given, Not shown toilet/ any management or English speaking person for over half an hour despite repeated requests Radiology staff ignore you, don't try to understand your Spanish if its its limited, priorise and serve locals in priority and all of this when paying double the price+ of nearby hospitals. Management need to be there at their stations, same w translators and reception. Instead they're out back on their phones. Whole thing a dreadful experience. A patient experience chap named Edwin who came late on the scene tried his best to help but by then it was too late. Counter staff v busy and v good at getting $ payment up front. But no real follow through if issues after w treatment or not being seen They are really busy but without other staff present that's not good enough.
