Yeah, it was a pretty bad experience overall.
1) Associate started time as quickly as possible, so when we were ordering food, our clock was ticking. We got so little game play because it took us a few minutes to get the QR stuff working and order food. Also, there was no one else waiting, so not sure why associate felt he had to begin the clock.
2) My food order was wrong. There was 2 upgrades that I didn't request.
3) I did not get an itemized receipt, just a summary which is sketchy. Why wouldn't I see what I paid for itemized? Maybe because the 2 unrequested upgrades?
4) Associate kept trying to push us to get extra time. There was no one else waiting around, and he said, "Do you want to add another 15 minutes to finish your food?" So let me get this straight, I have to pay another $10-15 to finish my food when there's no one else waiting? What?
