Waze is sending delivery drivers to the back side of the building where there is no door.
See screenshot, should be sending them to “Home” pin on Newark St but is sending them to the opposite side of the building off of Macomb St instead.

The first thing I did after reading your message was to open the Waze app on my phone and type your address into the search bar. When I did, Waze gave me directions to the front of the building on Newark St., not to Macomb St. I encourage you to try this yourself.
I’m not sure what your delivery drivers are doing that is sending them to the back of the building. Two possibilities come to mind, although there may be others –
- They are not using the Waze app at all, but some other navigation app.
- They are using a delivery service’s dispatch app that then sends the destination to Waze for navigation. The problem is that these apps typically don’t send Waze the address, but only a set of coordinates (lat/long) for the destination. If they send the wrong coordinates, Waze will give sub-optimal directions.
Unfortunately, in either of these cases, we can’t solve the problem by editing the Waze map.
If you can gather any further information about how these drivers are getting the wrong destination, please reply here and we’ll see if there is anything we can do about it.
