All editors from the Central-West and South regions can register, regardless of editing level or role.

The meetup is expected to end by 4:00 PM to facilitate participants’ return travel.

Important Information
Many of you already know, but it’s always good to remind you of a few points:
Do not book flights on your own. Those selected will be contacted by the travel agency to book tickets;
As a rule, Waze covers only one night at the hotel. Only in exceptional cases may a second night be granted;
Those not traveling by plane will be eligible for travel reimbursement;
We know some of you plan to travel with family members. Companions’ tickets and extra nights at the hotel will not be covered by Waze;

Was the registration deadline closed early?
The form says that registrations are closed, but the deadline is today, May 13th. Since it doesn’t specify a time, I understood it would be open until 11:59 PM today.
Reopening has already been requested.
It likely happened due to a time zone difference and/or a holiday in Israel.
If you know of any editor who would still like to register, please ask them to contact one of the coordinators.
Due to what is happening in RS, we have requested an extension of the deadline for selecting the participants.
Nothing is resolved yet, waiting for a response from the Staff.
Just a quick question: I had already registered before the date change. I don’t need to register again, right? If I’m selected, I should receive an email, correct?
