I was able to get Google corrected a few years ago but now realize that Waze is using that same old data. It actually has mapped Hawkins Ln on top of Freedom Ridge Dr.

The road it has marked as Hawkins Lane is actually Freedom Ridge Dr. Hawkins Lane is the road (driveway) before Freedom Ridge and doesn’t show up at all on Waze.

I have added a road/driveway and named it Hawkins Ln and changed what was Hawkins Ln to Freedom Ridge Dr.
This change should go live in the app in 24-48 hours when the map app data is refreshed. The link below will take you to the Waze Map Editor (log in with the same credentials) to show that the changes were made to the map data.
