A38 Edithmead to East Brent speed limit update

Hi

The speed limit on the A38 between the East Brent Roundabaout (51.25737 -2.93311) and the Edithmead Roundabout (51.23809 -2.95127) has been reduced from 60 mph to 40mph (97kph to 65kph) permanently in both directions (permalink: A38 new speedlimit). Could you please update this or give me unlock to allow me to do so?

A38 down to 1, let me know when you are done. I’ve also unlocked both roundabouts and the A370 which are included in this change.
