I note last night that Waze seemed aware of this, but tried to direct me down Cadham Road, but this is not accessible, the road is closed Northbound from the A92 exit of the Tullis Russell roundabout.

  • Dates: 29 August 2025 to 17 September 2025
  • Time: Overnight, 7:30 pm to 6:00 am (Likely meant 6:30 am)
  • Details: Full overnight closures of the A92 in both directions between Tullis Russell Roundabout and Tofthill.
  • Diversions:
  • Northbound: Exit at Bankhead Roundabout → B921 (towards Stenton) → Southfield Roundabout → B969 → rejoin A92.
  • Southbound: Reverse of the above.
  • Cadham Road: Closed at its junction with A92; adds ~2 minutes northbound, ~5 minutes southbound.
  • Access onto A92 from Tofthill Road is prohibited; traffic must divert via B969 (+3 minutes).
  • Access via Preston Roundabout must use A911 (Queensway), then B969 to rejoin A92 (+3 minutes)

The closures are indeed already added towards the northern end of the closure, I have extended them all the way down to the roundabout. Thanks for letting us know. I can see there are roadworks planned south of the roundabout at some stage, so let us know if there are any issues with the closures in a few weeks. Cheers
