Moved to correct forum.
Waze is a navigation app, for getting drivers to specific locations.
As the business doesn’t have a physical location to navigate to, there isn’t anything to add to Waze
Hi GB Speedy,
Thanks for your message!
Yes, customers are welcome to pick up batteries from our location at 57 Dina Beth Ave, Blacktown 2148. Our business, Fast Roadside Assistance, is registered at this address and we’re happy to assist anyone who prefers to collect in person.
We understand Waze is primarily for navigation, but since we do have a registered physical location, we’ll continue working on making it visible on their platform for easier access.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!
Best regards,
Wisam
Fast Roadside Assistance
Thanks for the additional information. We’ve added it as a place in Waze.

Tim
Thanks a lot, Tim. I’m not sure why Waze search isn’t linked to Fast Roadside Assistance. Is it because it’s not connected to a Google account? Unlike Google Maps, Fast Roadside doesn’t appear in the search results when you look for "roadside Sydney. This is google link , but not sure how to add it ? Google Search
The place comes up if you search by its name, Fast Roadside Assistance. If someone puts in that name or your address Waze will navigate them to you.
Remember that Waze is a driver navigation app, not a general search engine and definitely not a marketing website. The search in Waze finds destinations and addresses, not services. If you search for “Hamburger”, it will give you destinations that are named “Hamburger” not all the nearby shops that sell hamburgers.

Tim
