Why can’t I add my Home location from the map?
I can tap and hold a position and add it as a favorite, but I can’t add it as my Home location.
I can’t select a favorite as home position.
I have tried to edit the map and it looks like I have succeed to add the number for our house and for our closest neighbors. I have saved and logged out. Logged in again and the numbers remains.
When I search on the live map from my PC, I can search for our house number.
When I start Waze on my phone, I can’t search for or see these numbers, so I can still not add my Home location exactly. How long does it take before added numbers appears on my phone?
I have read numbers of threads about house numbers and Home/Work locations, but not been able to find an answer.
Found out how to add Home from Favorite. Possible to switch between wayze, google and favorites results from icons in the bottom of that Home-select-window.
But still my updated house numbers are only visible from PC, not from phone.
Do you already have a “home” listed in your favorites? If so, tap the (i), and then “Remove from Favorites.” Then you should be able to tap and hold a position and add it as your home favorite or search for a destination and add it as your home favorite.
Doesn’t work. I can only add Home/Work favourites from address that does not handle house numbers.
Also, for me the Work fvourite changed somehow to a completely unrelated place.
Not true. You can tap-hold any location on the map and add it as Home, Work, or other Favorite. If you already have Home or Work set, you have to delete it first.
Also, keep in mind that the Home or Work favorite is NOT the same as the “are you driving to work?” location.
