I would like to add new Business to Map at below location in Malaysia but the section is locked.
Could you please help on this and what should I do?

Can you elaborate on “section is locked”?

Adding through the app you will need to be at the location
Adding through the editor you will need to have editing permissions there. You can get it by driving there with Waze turned on.
