I am curious to know how to add small villages to a map. I will make an example:
San Mateo: This is a small village located at 43.2937287,-7.8942354 coordinates.
San Mateo is a small village that belongs to Labrada the main village, that belongs to Guitiriz the City/town, this belongs to Lugo province and this to Galicia (Region) and this to Spain. This is the structure:
San Mateo. > Labrada > Guitiriz > Lugo > Galicia > Spain
Small Village > Bigger Village > Town/City > Province > Region > Country
And would I need to do to add Labrada?
Currently only Guitiriz is available in the map.
I hope this is ok and if this in the wiki please direct me there.

Hola Borja , este es el foro español, así que si eres de aquí te agradecemos que utilices esa lengua o el gallego ( que también es lengua oficial en la CCAA a la que aludes con tu ejemplo) , pero te contestaré en inglés .
The answer is simple:
If the name of the village is unique, we would put only that name in One segment and save it, but if in the Autonomous Community there is another population center with the same name (and in Galicia is very common) when trying to save it, an alert message appears in the editor with a warning that there are other Village with this name at a distance. If that is the case, you have to make that population center unique, so we add the municipality to which it belongs separated by a comma: San Mateo, Guitiriz. Now you have a new unique citie !
