Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I see you already left a Map Comment at the mouth of the neighborhood, which is a great first step!

If you’re interested in adding the streets and House Numbers yourself, the Waze Wiki has a brief how-to guide on best practices for various editing options. Fortunately, adding roads for a subdivision is pretty straightforward if you work through the guide. You can use the Stanly County GIS website to confirm the street names and House Numbers. In the case here where the neighborhood is already established and the roads are already paved, you can trace the roads using satellite imagery and/or turn on the GPS Points layer (on the right-side WME panel). Between editing the map, reading the guide, and referencing the Stanly County GIS, I think you could have everything wrapped up in 15-20mins.

Feel free to reply in the thread here with follow-up questions, or you can join our Discord server for more direct chatting capabilities with our editing community if you go to the #north_carolina room. We have a plethora of State Managers, Area Managers, and Country Managers who are more than willing to assist you on your journey. Also, the cut-off for edits to be submitted to the map server (called the Tile Update) is at 12pm every day, so don’t get anxious that you might mess up the map. We can review your edits afterwards to give feedback and/or clean up any mistakes before the Tile Update.

Thanks for reaching out!
